B.O.M.B. Squad Fitness is not about working out. It is about fitness, in a natural way. IT IS a way of life. The very foundation of our principles is to be a body on the move. We were not given the privilege of life to be sedentary. We are meant to take action and to do great things! We are meant to explore this vast and exciting world. The only way to do that is to MOVE.
As a society, we sit and explore this world through standard and social media. Fellow stagnants that post images and videos of the rare and few movers, shakers and risk takers. Have the questions ever hit you, "Why can't I do that?" or, "How did they do that"? Have you ever made the statements, "I wish I could go there", "I wish I could do that" or "I CAN'T do that". WE are only able to do the things we limit ourselves to do. However, we are capable of doing anything!

Jacob Bonano is a competitive athlete, a certified personal trainer and a United States Marine Corps Veteran who is no stranger to adverse times, training and mission success. Having spent his entire life devoted to service for our great nation, Bonano is well acquainted with commitment, discipline and mission success. Since the age of two, he has been active in playing sports and, later, led teams to victories as a coach. Needless to say, activity and fitness are not his hobbies but rather, his lifestyle.
As an active duty United States Marine, Bonano was exposed to some
of the best and hardest training that this country has to offer. Not only did he earn the coveted title of United States Marine, he had the honor of training with Special Operators and is also proficient in the Marine Corps Martial Arts Program (MCMAP). Bonano has personally instructed countless Marines and Service Members in combat and fitness related training.
Upon separation from the Marine Corps, he was able to complete his Post Graduate Degree in Organizational Leadership and volunteer with his local Police Department, in the Auxiliary program.
Jacob’s non-military training includes Triathlons, Ironman competitions, Obstacle Course Races, Ninja Warrior competitions and Semi-Professional football (Germany). Recently, with one week’s notice, Bonano was able to raise over $1,000 towards the Buffalo Children’s Hospital by running 17 miles, rowing 3,000 meters and completing 300 full burpees, as specified by each donation.
