Warrior Restoration: A body in motion stays in motion, right? Well, what happens when you can’t move after an extended period of strenuous workouts? Muscle soreness and fatigue are most commonly viewed as indicators of a good workout and often misleading. Operating at such constant high intensities without the proper recovery systems in place is a surefire way to sabotage your body and halt your hard-earned progress.
Warrior Restoration is a recovery solution that is a combination of Yoga and military inspired movements with a focus in mind/body connective breathing techniques.
This is a slow-paced but powerful challenge. In this one-hour training evolution, you will task your body to slow its tempo and focus on the specific muscles for each movement-to-pose. After completing each session, you will come to understand that you don’t have to constantly work at such high speeds and intensities to achieve your fitness goals. You will notice significant improvement in your movement and ability to operate more efficiently for longer durations. Bring a mat or beach towel, water/source of hydration and a positive mental attitude that is ready and willing to accept the challenge.
300 Tough: 300 Tough is a program that will safely and accurately help you to prepare for ANY obstacle course race or event. With exercises that mimic the type of movements required to breeze passed any obstacle. We will educate you in the safest ways to approach these obstacles throughout the workouts so that you can safely and efficiently finish with a smile on your face and pride in your heart.

Memorial Day Murph @ Riverworks: Come join the rest of Buffalo @buffaloriverworks359 @ 10am in honoring our fallen heroes. It has become a tradition to celebrate, through fitness, those that gave the ultimate sacrifice by doing the Memorial Day Murph. This specific workout is basic in nature, but challenging in practice and recognizes fallen U.S. Navy SEAL Lt. Michael Murphy. Register through the MindBody App under B.O.M.B. Squad Fitness LLC. On Tuesday we took Gronk Fitness on the road to NYC to visit the New York Sports Club and its staff to unveil the the Gronk Sport Circuit! It was a huge success and we spent the whole day working out details to help make this program successful! It was a VERY exciting day and there is a lot in the works for Gronk Fitness! On November 11, 2017 we are conducting two donation-based workouts:
*The Gronk Fitness Toys for Tots Workout will begin at 0930 and all proceeds will be directed to Toys for Tots; A Marine Corps foundation that gives underprivileged children brand new toys for Christmas. - More details and an updated registration link will be provided soon.
* The Team RWB WOD for Warriors will begin at 1100. The proceeds go towards developing programs to help Veterans get back into the community through fitness.
